Concierge Services

Dr. Farris intentionally maintains a small private practice so she can provide highly personalized care to each client. Unlike larger practices with long waitlists and limited availability, her concierge-style model allows for greater flexibility, timely communication, and treatment that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

A concierge approach recognizes that care is never one-size-fits-all. Therapy is thoughtfully individualized, appointments are scheduled with continuity and flexibility in mind, and treatment progresses at a pace that work for you.

Direct Communication With Dr. Farris

You'll have direct access to Dr. Farris by text for questions, scheduling, or brief support between sessions. She typically replies within an hour and always within the same business day. If something urgent arises, same-day or next-day appointments are often available. Dr. Farris believes that being accessible is an important part of excellent care. At the same time, she is thoughtful about ensuring that between-session support helps you practice the skills you're learning in therapy, to build confidence and long-term progress.

Consultation With Medical Providers

With your permission, Dr. Farris works collaboratively with your physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure a consistent treatment approach. This collaboration is especially important for individuals with health anxiety, as it helps reduce mixed messages, supports evidence-based treatment, and minimizes patterns of excessive medical reassurance-seeking.

Family Consultation & Support

Anxiety often affects not only the individual, but also the people who care about them. With your permission, Dr. Farris offers meetings with spouses, partners, family members, or other supportive individuals to explain the treatment approach, answer questions, and discuss practical ways they can support your recovery. These conversations help ensure everyone is working toward the same goals, reducing unhelpful reassurance patterns while increasing confidence, independence, and long-term success.
